My Background

I am a licensed massage therapist, a licensed registered nurse, a reiki master & teacher and a holistic healing practitioner. A firm believer of the healing power of nature, sound, crystals, herbs, essential oils and everything that mother Earth is gifting us every day. Many of these gifts are incorporated in my sessions.

My Approach

My integrated approach to massage therapy means that I incorporate multiple massage techniques into each session to treat each client's individual needs and problem areas. My sessions include aspects of massage, somatic therapy and bodywork techniques. The treatment is centralized around light to firm touches and the stimulation of pressure points throughout the body.
